Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Delivered to the front door or ground floor entrance.
Smaller items may arrive via Australia Post or courier.
Bulky items may require assistance at the point of delivery.
Does not include stairs, room delivery, unpacking, or assembly.
Room Delivery
Delivery to your chosen room within the home (up to 2 flights of stairs).
Does not include unpacking, assembly, or rubbish removal.
Available in select metro areas with additional fees.
Premium White Glove Delivery
Delivery to your chosen room (up to 2 flights of stairs).
Includes unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging.
Available in select metro regions with additional fees.

Our made-to-order furniture typically requires 4–8 weeks for production prior to shipping. Actual lead times may vary depending on materials, manufacturing schedule, or supplier conditions.
Notifications & Delivery Windows
We aim to provide a smooth and predictable delivery experience.
Customers will be notified via SMS or email 1–2 business days prior to delivery.
A 3-hour delivery window will be provided where possible.
Real-time tracking links may be shared by our courier partner on the delivery day.
Preparing for Delivery
- Clear all access paths from entrance to intended room.
- Remove fragile wall décor or obstructions from narrow hallways.
- Protect flooring with mats or covers
