Trizenith Warranty

This Warranty applies to Trizenith-branded products purchased in Australia for personal, residential use. It operates in addition to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The Warranty period starts on the date you receive the goods (delivery or pickup).

1. How to Make a Claim

Email: support@trizenith.com.au

  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Your name, phone, delivery address
  • Product name/SKU and a brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

We typically respond within 3–5 business days. Do not dispose of the product or packaging until your claim is resolved.

2. What is Not Covered
  • Clearance, ex-display, seconds or repaired items unless stated otherwise
  • Repairs/modifications by unauthorised parties
  • Misuse, abuse, abnormal use, drops, impacts, exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture
  • Incorrect assembly, adjustment, operation, or non-approved accessories
  • Removal/tampering of product labels or serial numbers
  • Indoor products used outdoors, or outdoor products in harsh coastal/chlorinated environments
  • Not purchased from Trizenith or authorised resellers
  • Normal wear and tear or natural material characteristics (softening, creasing, patina, minor chips, hairline cracks, colour shifts)
  • Improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Damage during self-arranged transport or assembly
  • Commercial use without written commercial warranty
  • Remote/inaccessible locations where service is not feasible (travel fees may apply)

Invalid claims may incur inspection, call-out, labour and freight charges.

Mattress Pro Rata: Years 0–2: free; Years 2–3: 25% of replacement cost; Years 3–4: 40%; Years 4–5: 60%.

4. Remedies if Your Claim is Approved
  • Repair the product/component
  • Replace with same or equivalent item (appearance may vary)
  • Refund or store credit if repair/replacement is not possible

Replacement parts/items carry the balance of the original warranty term. Returned items become Trizenith property.

5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Inspect within 48 hours of delivery/pickup and notify us of damage
  • Use only as intended and follow care instructions
  • Keep proof of purchase and product labels intact
  • Ensure safe environment (dry indoor use unless rated for outdoors)
  • Do not authorise unauthorised repairs or use non-genuine parts
6. Service Areas, Call-Out and Freight

We service most metro and many regional locations. Additional travel/call-out fees may apply for remote or restricted-access sites. Invalid claims may incur inspection, labour, and freight charges.

7. Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a majo
