2. Information We Collect

A. Personal & Account Information

Identity Data: Full name, title, and company name/ABN (for commercial or trade orders).

· Contact Data: Email address, billing address, residential shipping address, and phone number.

· Commercial Data: Order history, products viewed, items added to cart, furniture customisation requests, measurements provided, and preferred design styles.

B. Payment & Financial Data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers using their own security controls. We collect only the minimum necessary payment details to complete your transaction, and we do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers.

C. Technical & Usage Data

Device & Connection Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and approximate location (state or city level).

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information to trusted service providers only where necessary to operate our business and fulfil your orders.

A. Delivery & Logistics Partners

We share your name, delivery address, and contact number with freight companies, couriers, and logistics partners solely for coordinating delivery and shipment tracking.

B. Installation Service Providers

Where your order includes installation or assembly services, your contact details are shared with our installation personnel or authorised service providers to schedule an on-site visit. Trizenith is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or service limitations arising from restricted site access, unsafe working conditions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

C. Overseas Disclosure (Production Partners in China)

Some products are manufactured or customised by our production partners and other service providers based in Foshan and other locations in China; these facilities are third-party partners and are not owned or operated by Trizenith. Certain order-related information (such as measurements, material selections, and generic order identifiers) may be disclosed to these overseas partners for production, quality control, logistics, or customer service purposes.

Before making such disclosures, we take reasonable steps, appropriate to the circumstances, to ensure that overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, in accordance with our obligations under APP 8. However, you should be aware that overseas recipients may not always be subject to privacy obligations equivalent to Australian law, and in some cases Australian privacy remedies may not be available in relation to acts or practices of overseas recipients.

D. Third-Party Platforms

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc. Your information may be stored through Shopify's systems in accordance with Shopify's own privacy and security practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Shopify beyond what is required by applicable law.

5. Secondary Contact

When placing an order, you may choose to nominate a secondary contact person (for example, a partner, interior designer, or building manager) to assist with coordinating delivery or installation on your behalf (Secondary Contact).

If you provide us with a Secondary Contact's details, you: authorise us to contact that Secondary Contact; authorise us to act on instructions given by that Secondary Contact in relation to delivery or installation arrangements; and warrant that you have obtained that person's consent and authority to share their personal information with us for these purposes.

We will handle a Secondary Contact's personal information in accordance with this Policy.

6. Payment Security & Data Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Online transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. Payments on our website can currently be made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal; these providers apply their own security and compliance standards to the transactions they process.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, tax, and warranty reporting requirements. Once no longer required, information is securely deleted or de-identified.
