At Trizenith, we aim to deliver your furniture safely, efficiently, and with care. This Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered within Melbourne and Victoria (VIC). By placing an order with Trizenith International Pty Ltd (Trizenith, we, our, or us), you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
· We currently offer delivery services only within Melbourne and Victoria (VIC). We do not currently offer delivery outside Victoria or internationally.
· Delivery availability may still vary depending on: product dimensions and weight; delivery postcode; accessibility requirements; carrier service coverage.
· If delivery is unavailable to your location, or your address falls outside Victoria, our team will contact you before processing your order.

· We support customer collection from our showroom or warehouse at no additional charge; please arrange a collection appointment in advance.
Trizenith For self-pickup, the customer is solely responsible for moving and loading the goods, and accepts the associated risk. Our staff are not authorised to assist with loading large furniture items, and any voluntary assistance provided does not give rise to liability on the part of Trizenith.
If a customer authorises goods to be left unattended, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once delivery is completed. Trizenith is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or deterioration occurring after such delivery.
Where a customer fails to collect goods or accept delivery within the agreed timeframe, we will first attempt to contact the customer to confirm further arrangements. A 14-day free storage period (available once only per order) applies from the date we notify the customer that goods are available for collection.
Once the free storage period has expired, the customer may request extended storage for a further period of up to 4 weeks (also available once only per order), with the applicable storage fee quoted based on the volume of the goods. Once the extended storage period expires, the customer must arrange collection or accept delivery; if the goods remain uncollected, the statutory uncollected goods process described below will apply.
Where uncollected goods require further action beyond the storage period, we will follow the process set out under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic) in relation to uncollected goods, which (depending on the value of the goods) generally includes: giving the customer written notice of our intention to dispose of the goods; retaining the goods for a further period of at least 28 days after that notice (or 90 days if the customer cannot be contacted); disposing of the goods only by public auction or private sale, taking reasonable care to obtain the best price reasonably obtainable in the circumstances; and deducting only the legally defined relevant charge (i.e. reasonable costs actually incurred for storage, handling and disposal) from the sale proceeds, with any remaining amount treated as unclaimed money under the Unclaimed Money Act 2008. We will not reallocate goods to another customer, or retain amounts beyond the legally permitted relevant charge, without first completing this process.
Where an order contains products with different availability timeframes, items may be dispatched separately. Additional charges may apply for separate deliveries upon request.
Customers should inspect all products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, incorrect items, or delivery-related concerns should preferably be reported within 5 business days of receiving the goods, with photographs, videos, delivery documentation, or order information. This timeframe is a guideline to assist our investigation; a delay in reporting may affect our ability to investigate the claim, but does not affect or exclude any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are encouraged to retain all original packaging until products have been fully inspected.
· Delivery-only orders: risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed location (or upon completion of an Authority to Leave delivery).
· Delivery-with-installation orders: risk passes to the customer once our installation team has completed the agreed installation, except for damage caused by the customer or unsafe site conditions (see the Installation Policy).
· In all cases, ownership of the goods remains with Trizenith until full payment has been received and cleared.
While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, freight disruptions, customs inspections, extreme weather, natural disasters, industrial action, or carrier operational issues. Trizenith shall not be liable for such delays but will endeavour to notify affected customers promptly.
Where a delay caused by such an event continues for 14 days or more, we may elect, at our discretion, to extend the time for performance or to terminate the relevant order without liability; where we elect to terminate, we will provide a full refund of any amount paid for that order.
Where a delay materially exceeds the timeframe advised at order confirmation, or we determine that we are ultimately unable to supply the goods, we will work with the customer on an appropriate resolution, which may include continuing to wait for a revised estimate, offering an alternative product, providing store credit (with the customer's agreement), or cancelling the order and providing a refund where required by law or agreed by both parties.
Nothing in this Delivery Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
